Located in Marahau and only 1.2 km from Marahau Beach, Buena Vista Apartment provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside. Everything about the apartment was lovely. It was the perfect size, had all of the right details, had a great view, even better location, and came with so many details for local activities. This was our favorite stay in New Zealand.

All guest rooms at the motel come with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The owner made us very welcome and was extremely helpful in booking our water taxis for our walk the next day and advising about where to eat. The chalet was one of the best equipped we have been in and very clean. Great location for getting to Abel Tasman park - right next door to water taxis.

Great location, small but very comfortable room, good facilities in the room we had everything we needed. Chris was really helpful with suggestions for our onward journey.

There is also air-conditioning and a kitchen with a stovetop and oven in some of the chalets. There is an en suite with free toiletries in every chalet. Perfect spot to explore Abel Tasman! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room and bed were super comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast on the patio was great. We were able to do laundry while there, too, which was a nice bonus. The owner was a very nice lady, quite helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again one day!

It’s hard to describe in words. You just need to experience how amazing the place, people and area. Plenty space for family of 4. Fantastic view of sunrise, a stone throw away from the beach, next to where the ferry ride to Abel Tasman and next to Waterfront restaurant which by the way had excellent service and food! What do you need more?

Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The accommodation is non-smoking. Amazing property - so much space and everything you could need (including kayaking equipment). Direct access to the bay/beach. The downstairs bedrooms are a pretty much self-contained apartment so some guests could have a private living area if preferred.

Tiny House is so comfortable and well equipped we didn’t see the need to eat out. We enjoyed eating on the terrace looking out to the lagoon. Heather kindly gave us some passion fruit from the garden.
