The location of the hotel is great too - it's a 10 min walk to the nearest mall and the street has many restaurant options. The cafe situated in the lobby also serves really good Vietnamese food and coffee as well as other brunch food.

The owner was very helpful and generous with our case that accidentally forgot the purse in the room after check out at 4am.

We are a family that likes to take our dog everywhere with us but don’t always want to camp. Really comfortable we will definitely stay again when in the area. 😊

The Chalets Motel offers charming self-contained cottages with scenic mountain views. Featuring a DVD library, it is just 600 metres from hot pools and Hanmer Springs’ village centre.

Heated chalets feature wood panelling and come with full kitchen. They offer parking space, a DVD player and comfortable lounge areas. This was a last minute change of accommodation and I'm glad I did. Spacious apartment but a little further from town centre.

Guests have a choice of open-plan studios or larger apartments which have a separate living room. All of the units have kitchenettes, a large LCD TV and DVDs can be placed in the rooms on request. All rooms are serviced daily. The hosts were the best. They were very helpful and friendly while we were staying at their property. The service was exceptional. The location is very close to the airport. They gave us a pickup from the airport and sent us to pick up our rental cars. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet even though it is close to the state highway. The photos are accurate. Highly recommend.
