The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. We ended the evening with a lovely fire in the outdoor fire pit. Skip the hotels in the area and stay here!

The location was good as well within walking distance to the souq and fort. Will definitely book the same apartment the next time we visit the lovely town of Nizwa. We even got complimentary snacks as a surprise. And received a very helpful and friendly service regarding payment from the owner, thank you.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. When we arrived at the property the owner was already waiting for us with the keys. He was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Asked us how much water needs to be filled in the swimming pool so that the kids are comfortable. The property was so green, mango trees were filled with ripe mangoes, banana trees, date trees and to add it up it was raining which made it more magical. The property was clean, impeccable and the fridge had mangoes and dates for us. Even the kitchen is filled with utensils so for a family you are not far away from your home
