Very clean, a/c worked great, kitchen was tidy and staff were very helpful. Did not need hot water! Location was fine if you don’t mind walking a bit but the staff will assist you with getting a scooter if you want one!

One of best stays and the Best hosts Danny and Mae. The pan was not great for pancakes/crepe and we asked our host if there was another pan and he tried cooking pancake for us and pancakes still were sticking to the pan, so he gave us new pan that worked perfectly. Pool was amazing, and the place is just in right location not too close to the beach bars playing loud music, TV was also amazing having huge variety of channels and movies. If we again in Panglao we definitely going to stay at Alona Apartments, also we got free rides from airport and back. *And i want to add the kitchen was the best equipped, also every apartment is decorated with pristine details and love. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Berni and Janice were very welcoming. Catered to all our needs, helped with taxi to port and motorbike hire. Our accommodation was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a total blessing, and we used it every day... Laundry was also available.. Berni, janice and all their staff were very kind and helpful. We can not recommend their place enough.
