Slightly inconvenient location as Taxis are a bit hard to get through, but the amount of supermarkets and cafes around is very good.

It is located 400 metres from New Town Square and provides full-day security. The property is 1.9 km from the city centre and 300 metres from Barbican. The property was at a beautiful location with an amazing view, very clean when we arrived and super cosy. The bed was also very high quality.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, three children of 1, 3, 11 age), originally booked the 2-bedroom Apt for 2 nights but ended up extending for an extra night. Everything is great: the location, the place itself, and the hosts. Michal is fluent in English, so you can contact him if you do not speak Polish. He is very helpful: we had a few questions and managed to solve everything rather quickly with his help. GETTING IN: the instructions were clear, we had no issues getting into the building and finding the keys. There is no elevator in the building, but the Apt is on the second floor. We had a regular key to the Apt, but all other apts have electronic keys. APARTMENT: it looks exactly like on the photos, no misleading images. We had no problems accommodating ourselves at nights with two bedrooms and a large foldable sofa in the living room. The Apt has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an induction stove. The kitchenware, the shower, the electronics: everything worked perfectly. The TV has a basic package of channels, but we only needed a cartoon channel for kids before the bedtime (I think there are a couple of those). The furniture is all in good condition. The beds are very comfy. The sofa in the living room is a bit used if someone cares for aesthetics, but it is still perfectly functional. CLEANLINESS: the apartment was very clean, just a few minor things here and there, almost unnoticeable. All bed linen were immaculate. LOCATION: the location is in the center of Warsaw, close to everything. There is a Zabka store and a cafe right across the street. The building is on a one-way street, cars are parked on both sides. The parking is paid for Mo-Fri from 8am to 8pm, the rest is free. We had no problems finding a parking spot close to the apt building on all days of stay, but those were all non-working days. The street is quiet at night. The building has a fence. OVERALL: a great place to stay if you visit Warsaw for a few days.
