I had a beautiful vacation at the Aurora River Camp. We had one of the glass igloos facing the river and spent 4 wonderful nights there. We saw the aurora on all four nights. The igloo comes with a small kitchenette and emergency toilet. There is a really comfortable and cozy common house with a kitchen, toilet and luxurious breakfast. Tony and all the staff are super approachable and helpful. We had the sauna and barbeque at the camp which were amazing experiences. We saw a grand show of the Northern Lights on our last day there and the best part was that we could enjoy it from the warmth of our room. There are lots of fun activities at the camp and around it. I would highly recommend the Husky sledding.

The cabin is a cozy beautiful house in the nature, just over the lake. The location is very convenient, not far from Kiruna but already out of the view of the city and the mine. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Aurora sightedness!! You don’t have to hunt outdoor and roam around. We sighted aurora just by being at the balcony of the house!! 2 rooms with 2 big sofa bed at the living room really fit 6 travelers. The grocery store nearby - very convenience and they sell Halal lamb/minced beef/beef patties/chicken!! Really useful for Muslim traveler like us! The instruction placed around the house of how to use the appliances really helpful. The location - we even take a short trip to Narvik, Norway.

By the way, kids loved the pop corn machine. We felt like home. The host was really helpful when we needed support.
