Sara, the owner, was very responsive and let me drop off my luggage early and have a 30 minute late checkout, and Neeru, the housekeeper, was also very friendly and helpful. We were there at the end of December and the weather outside was quite chilly, despite that the apartment was well heated and we had plenty of hot water.
