We got a free upgrade to Studio Executive. The room was spacious with kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for family travellers like us. Our 5-year-old boy had his birthday on the fourth day of our stay. The hotel surprised him with a cake! As for the facilities and service, the swimming pool was as great as always. There were a wide variety of breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had very nice rooms with comfortable king size beds and well appointed bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive and it was great to be able to go down stairs each morning for coffee in the little onsite cafe. There was also a Big C supermarket opposite Belivin99 for snacks & drinks and some wonderful places to eat close by.

Amazing service staying up late due to our super late arrival.

Location is amazing, just at the south end of the Benjakitti Park and walking distance to the food market where the restaurants buy theirproducts (incredble price on tropical fruits etc). Guy the host is incredible friendly , helpful and a great guy. The apartment has incredble standard with an amazing king size bed, all the facilities you need. I also really recommend to try to stay in the loft. It is the coolest apartment I have ever seen. The NIP café which Guy has a deal with have incredble matchas for 60 baht.
