The homestay provides guests with a terrace, garden views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower and bathrobes. A fridge, a stovetop and minibar are also available, as well as a kettle. At the homestay, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The check-in was supposed to be fully automated, as we received detailed instruction from the owner (Mustafa) on how to pickup the keys to enter the building. Instead, we found an employer (Dogan) waiting for us in front of the building, giving us a warm welcome and helping to carry the luggage up the top floor (we had room 8, top apartment with terrace and balcony). As we entered, we saw this beautiful, bright and big Studio with Terrace apartment, very clean and very well decorated. We felt immediately as in our own home. I absolutely loved the terrace: it was protected by windows glasses, so it was warm and cozy (we stayed in march, and outside was cool). The bed and the pillows are very comfortable! This was very important for me. The windows in the sleeping room had mosquito nets (!!) Big plus for this!! As arrived we found many snacks and drinks (water and fanta). I've never experienced this before actually. I was meeting Mustafa on the stairs one day and we had a pleasant conversation, he speaks turkish, english, german, russian, (and i think there was another language but i don't remember). It is impossible to not be able to communicate with him :) We exchanged whatsapp number in case of questions both with Dogan and Mustafa. They are incredibly welcoming people who will do more than everything possible to put their guests at their best comfort. I've seen lower ratings for the WiFi, that's why i want to mention it: in apartment 8 we had no problem at all with wifi. we had fast wifi and never connection problems. The TV in the apartment had netflix and we tested that we could watch on 3 devides FullHD on netflix without impacting speed or quality. The location is very good, i think that it belongs to the richer area of Antalya. There is the Bus KL08 right in front of the street, that brings you virtually everywhere in antalya. Supermarkets are nearby as well. At night it is very quiet and it is a safe area too.

You can see from apartment how clear the sea is, you can see on the sea and mountains in the same time. Part of the sea related to the apartments are very clean and also cleaners from stones. Everything in the apartments were new, everything working. I returned here after staying in other place, because this one is really good! Internet is very stable and fast as for Turkey. Near the see and apartments there is very good restaurant. All people in the residence and restaurant are very kindness.

The host super friendly and helpful, he made sure my stay was enjoyable and helped me with every question or request I had.

Excellent location - 3 minutes to the pebble beach, we also went to the paid beach Moonlight with sand - about 20 minutes of leisurely walking. The apartments are wonderful, new, conveniently planned - a kitchen / living room and two bedrooms, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest - TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, electric grill, iron, washing machine and dryer, safe. The apartment has two terraces, one for relaxation with comfortable chairs, a table and a rocking chair, the second - with a clothes dryer. The contents of the kitchen were impressive - there is a full set of dishes for serving, two types of electric coffee makers (filter and Turk), an electric kettle for Turkish tea. Well-groomed adjacent territory - green grass, fruit-bearing pomegranate and lime trees - very beautiful! Living here we felt safe - the area around is fenced and equipped with a video surveillance system. Access to the area and the room is provided by coded electronic locks (detailed video instructions were sent to us when booking), very convenient! The manager of the apartments Mr. Riza was always in touch and promptly answered all our questions. In addition, we were provided with a transfer to the airport, the car was delivered on time, and the trip was as comfortable as possible. We are impressed by the quality and level of accommodation in these apartments, thank you very much!

The hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room with a kitchen for a very reasonable price, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, with an amazing view. What makes it extra special is that it’s a pet-friendly place — cats and dogs are around, so anyone who loves animals will really enjoy the atmosphere. Mustafa, the receptionist, was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. His warm hospitality, along with his adorable and cute cat, added such a personal and welcoming touch to our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, value, peaceful surroundings, and a friendly, pet-loving environment.
