Not all rooms have a lake view, and the entrance is quite narrow, so it’s easy to miss at first. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the staff. Every interaction we had was positive – they were genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. From the night porter who kindly took care of our scooter, to the receptionist who shared so many great tips about the city, to the barista who started our mornings with delicious coffee (complete with adorable doodles on the cup) – everyone went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. This service was definitely a huge plus, making our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I will happily recommend this hotel to my friends and will absolutely choose it again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Everything was great, the room was very clean and in a great location. Quyet was very responsive and gave us the option to check in at 4 in the morning. Don‘t think there is anything to improve!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. A really nice guesthouse with a lovely family. Very affordable and everything was clean. The backyard is very beautiful and relaxing . You’ll stay a little out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but can get Grab for a few bucks. It’s a nice local neighbourhood. It’s inbetween the Aiport and Hanoi. So it’s the perfect place to start or end your cycling / motorbike trip. They are used to cyclists and we could store our bikes safely inside the house.
