The staff was exceptional, and getting around was convenient with nearby bus stops. The pool and sauna were great amenities. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.

Highly recommend it to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a comfortable stay!

It is located 1 km from Imperial Citadel of Thang Long and provides a lift. One Pillar Pagoda is 1.4 km from the guest house and Trang Tien Plaza is 1.6 km away. Everything was great, the room was very clean and in a great location. Quyet was very responsive and gave us the option to check in at 4 in the morning. Don‘t think there is anything to improve!

We stayed in several hotels in Vietnam and Studio-Vincent Apartment was the best so far. Everything worked well in the room, the room was clean, the washing machine has a dryer option (it was very helpful so we didn't need to dry clothes in the room. Detergent was also provided). Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Location is a bit far from the centre of the city, but it is very quiet there and easy and quick to book a grab taxi (or ask stuff to help the taxi) and reach any touristic place.

Nice little place to use as a base in a quieter area but full of coffee shops. For us, better than staying in the old quarter. We liked walking. The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X
