Very easy to check in and to check out! Received the door lock codes perfectly on time before our arrival time. During our stay one of the staff members visited for the payment. The owner very kindly informed us about travel options by text message.

We had the best time in Vietnam - all due to the warm welcome, wonderful service and fabulous stay at Hoian Tranquill Beach Villa. We are a family of 5 and the villa was incredibly spacious, equipped with all facilities, close to the beach, next door to restaurants & a bakery and with its own pool. But most impressive were Hiêp and Hiêm! They made us feel welcomed, they were warm, kind, generous and incredibly talented. The food was out of this world - whether it was for breakfast or dinner. The care and thoughtful preparation were really appreciated and enjoyed by us. Hiêp went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. Tranquil is the perfect name for the villa! It was an oasis for us and gave us precious family time. Even 5 stars are not enough to describe how we felt at home, away from home.
