He reached out, introduced himself, provided detailed check-in instructions, and made himself available for any questions we had. Also, the apartment is walking distance to Kosovo national Library, mother Theresa Cathedral and the main pedestrian promenade in Pristina with all the restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pristina.
