We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Froggy Farm Self Catering. The reviews were good, so our expectations were high, but Gareth’s amazing hospitality, and this beautiful, peaceful, well appointed cottage still blew us away. We felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment we arrived, the space was sparkling clean and is stylishly decorated. The kitchen is basic but has all the essentials to enjoy a morning coffee on site or whip up a quick brekkie if you stop for groceries. Ima, the resident kitty kept us company as we sat on the lovely ocean view deck enjoying a glass of wine at the end of our days of adventuring. Gareth gave us great tips on where to eat and what to check out in the area. If you’re staying in Simon’s Town, there’s no better spot!

The location is superb and we could use all facilities. Fantastic location to relax and there are many birds around. The kajaks and water bikes are always available and there is a big mall just some minutes away. The beach at Muizenberg is super.

The attentive hostess will welcome you on arrival and escort you to your private cottage which features views of the mountains and the sea. Each cottage has a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and semi-private terrace with its own BBQ. Great location, right next to Boulders Beach. There's a side gate on the property to access the boardwalk. You can literally see the Penguins from the garden. The hosts are great and very accommodating (we had a fairly late arrival). Kitchen had pretty much everything needed, and the hosts' 2 border collies are incredibly cute and entertaining.

We loved everything about the property. The location was excellent and the surrounding breath taking. Mostly our host Mr Trevor, he is the best. He made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, he even helped plan our itinerary and all the spots he recommended were exceptional. Thank you Trevor and Monica for the wonderful stay we had and...
