It absolutely exceeded my expectations. There is a nice restaurant on the 9th floor (reservations are a must). Very nice breakfast/brunch canteen as well (open in the evening as well). There is a small drink/food shop as well. The view from the top of the hotel is gorgeous - make sure even if it is not pool season to go and take a look at Lion's head. Totally recommend. For Cape Town it is essential to have all these at hand without the need to walk out at evening. Area was okay but still Cape Town for me is not really a place for evening stroll. During the day - it is close to the beach and Beach road with a lot of people, bars, etc.

Each modern luxury apartment comes equipped with a designer kitchen, a separate lounge and dining area and satellite TV. Free toiletries are provided in the bathrooms. The location is very very good, you are just in the waterfront and anytime of the day you feel safe. Only thing I can say as a negative is there was no elevator and this was hard for us with a stroller.
