Breakfast is nice and everything is available to start the day. As there is only one coffe machine, people needed to queue up... The pool is really spacious and nice. Sauna and steam room was there but not working. The Japanese restaurant serves really good food.

Wang Manager, Jenny and Leo are extremely helpful during our 3 days stay in the hotel. The rest of the service team are efficient in meeting guests needs. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is located 5mins away from a small mall with a huge super market.

Sheraton Qingdao West Coast is set in Qingdao, 5 km from Golden Sand Beach. Certain units include views of the sea or city. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. A flat-screen TV is offered.
