United KingdomFantastic location. Accessing ubers, and auto was very easy.
Amazing room, breakfast was exceptional.
Staff were welcoming and provided excited llent service when I injured my hand. They were empathetic and offered immediate trentment.
However, There was one staff member in the hotel who showed below 5 star service. Poor engagement with my wife and was unwelcoming. Did not show us to our seat for breakfast and made no eye contact and just waved us into the canteen hall.
Nevertheless the rest of the staff were fantastic. A very friendly and bubbly door man who always puts a smile on our face.

Unpretentious, without any of the artificial trappings of a Spa or multiple restaurants......it evevates the basics to 5 star comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
