BermudaEverything was excellent. The staff were amazing. Special thanks to the staff at check in: Fabiola, who checked me in and made me feel so welcome. And Monique and Melody were wonderful! The General Manager, Wolfgang Wehen, was exceptional. I think it was the best staff experience I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot!

The shuttle service is always good and goes every 15 minutes.. Also the restaurant is open till late so you can grab a bite on arrival. I noted the renewal of the rooms. Verry nice. We would like to thank to amazing stuff especially Monique, Jeremiah and Mayelin. They were all very helpful and sweet. The biggest surprise was we have been chosen to be the guests of the day so we had free snack bar and breakfast. It was amazing at it really made our day after 11 hour flight. So thank you guys. Our return from Central America overnight stay was equally as good before our return Home to St. John.
