I arrived on the morning of my 44th birthday to kick start my birthday celebrations and have to say this is the best holiday I have ever had I am truly moved by the amazing customer service The Sheraton in Jumeira Beach Residence has given me. This is my 3rd visit here. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it for me, from the moment I have stepped foot in this hotel, the staff gone above and beyond to make my stay amazing. If I had it my way, I would give them 11 stars. (11 is my lucky number) This morning at breakfast, they gave me a little surprise which was a little cake and card thanking me for staying with them. A very wise person said to me a positive mind with positive thoughts takes us a long way ahead #feeling immensely grateful 🙏 Thank you for everything ❤️ God bless you all in abundance 🙏

For those interested in shopping, Dubai Marina Mall is conveniently situated 19 km away from the hotel. visited Dubai quickly for a business trip, my three day stay was randomly upgraded to a bigger room wich was a really pleasant surprise! location was perfect and the roomservice dinner was delicious, the staff always had an authentic smile when serving you and love what they do and you feel that when staying here.

Located at a 10-minute stroll away from World Trade Centre metro station. It features a temperature-controlled rooftop pool and free WiFi access in all areas. Excellent breakfast as you have choices from western, middle eastern, asia and continental. I like the idea that they provide fruits available for take away. Staff are super attentive from reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Everybody always try their best to fulfil our requests.

All rooms and suites at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai include Sheraton’s signature bed and a 55-inch interactive LCD TV. Every room has a minibar, hot drink facilities and a well-lit work desk. We loved our stay, room and facilities were excellent, the breakfast was superb and the pool area was a great place to relax. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and acknowledged us every day, from security, bellman, housekeeper and the restaurant breakfast team. The free shuttle to the mall and beach was a great service

Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance includes fitness equipment supplied by TechnoGym, a sauna, steam room, and massage treatments. The gym looks out over the swimming pool and children’s pool. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Suresh from By the Bay pool bar who took great care of us and our special needs.
