My family and I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. It truly meets the standards of a five-star property. The children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the hotel’s location made getting around extremely convenient. All the staff members were warm and attentive, and special thanks go to Kevin at the front desk for his many helpful arrangements. Each morning, we were pleased to see the General Manager, Mr. Pauschardt, in the lobby, personally assisting guests with their needs. An excellent experience from start to finish!

It offers a fitness centre and free parking on site. Really good experience, I was travelling for business and the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Shanghai Expo center. Breakfast was complete, maybe is better if they add some cheese too. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is close to the subway.
