This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

Excellent accommodation in a brilliant location. Lovely views over Andorra la Vella, while still being close enough to the city centre that it’s only a short walk to the shops. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable; the shower and washing machine were in good order and were very useful! Instructions for parking and collecting keys were clear and detailed. My stay here was fantastic and I highly recommend these apartments.

The location is just perfect, accommodation/rooms are clean will equipped and owners are very helpful. The owners where able to arrange our skiing gear in advance, as well as lessons for our kids and so on. We where all set the minute we arrived at La Neu!!
