The hostess was friendly, and had taken the time to turn up the heat a little before we arrived. She only had 30 min to do so (we booked and were there half an hour later). It showed care.

During our spontaneous road trip to Italy, we were in need of a place to spend the night. That's when we stumbled upon this hidden gem and decided to book it. To our delight, the host warmly welcomed us, even though it was already 11 PM. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Situated in a serene and picturesque town, it offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of our journey. The stunning Mountain View added an extra touch of beauty to the already idyllic surroundings. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise with its modern design. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The spread was rich and abundant, prepared with evident care and attention. It felt as though the staff had put their hearts into every dish, leaving us satisfied and ready to take on the day. We fell in love with everything about this hotel and its surroundings, and we are already planning to return for a longer stay in the future. It was an unexpected gem that we were lucky to discover on our journey. Highly recommended!

Apartment is exactly as advertised, and really spacious. Fully functional kitchen, plenty of towels and linen.. and some nice surprises too :) The host, Maria, is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Located in the Bregenz Forest, Gästehaus-Pension Barbara is only a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Andelsbuch. It offers en-suite rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi.

The breakfast was delicious. Prepared with much love. The breakfast was very tasty and lovingly prepared. A very varied selection of cheeses, cold meats, eggs to order, fruit, yoghurt, müesli, honey etc. The hosts were very friendly and replenished the buffet constantly. Freshly brewed coffee, newspapers and the daily weather forecast too. They served us with humour and made us feel very welcome. Parking available directly on the premises.

Excellent room - quiet and peaceful - the only sound at night was the tinkling of cow bells! The staff were amazing, and the facilities like the pool and sauna were perfect. Their restaurant is outstanding, providing locally sourced food as well as some dishes with a Thai influence. The village is a delight, with a nice cafe (Stopp) and friendly locals. We chose this hotel as it was a convenient stop on our long drive across Europe, and were so pleased we did. A real highlight of our trip and highly recommended.
