We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The apartment was equipped above all expectations, modern and clean. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed. The area is beautiful, with lots of hiking trails. Special thanks for the free Hochkönig and mobility card, so while we were there we hardly used a car, we only used buses and cable cars to reach the starting points of the excursions. We did have a rainy day which we spent relaxing and shopping, but it was a huge surprise that it was snowing in the surrounding mountains, so the next day we were greeted by a wonderful sight on our hike. Thank you very much for the kind welcome, we had a great time.

This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.
