We can highly recommend this place. New, stylish and with lots of comfort. We just stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The lake and mountains surrounding the house is magnificent! A dreamy place. And a perfect beach by the lake. Great hosts that welcomed us and helps with everything.

Modern, comfortable hotel at a great location in the center of Kufstein, within walking distance of all attractions. Our room was spacious and sunny, the breakfast was nice. The staff was extremely helpful. When we inquired about visits to the Festung, we were issued a card that enabled us to visit the Festung at no charge. We were allowed to check out slightly late without charge.

Conveniently located close to the train station and to the town center. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and also a Turkish Cafe with great pastries. Staff were very friendly. Stored our small carry-on while we were away on a few days hike - this was a big help. Breakfast was nice, had everything we wished for. Room was surprisingly big.

What a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location in a historically significant town. The room was excellent, as was the staff. We had the balcony of the panoramic bar to ourselves in the late afternoon, enjoying the views regardless of the rain.

The "Goldener Löwe" (“Golden Lion”) is situated in the centre of Kufstein, directly opposite the fortress, the symbol of the town, and only a few minutes’ walk from the train station.
