The apartment was much larger and nicer than the photos suggested - I had forgotten there was a second bathroom" Fittings all of a very high standard and the bed super comfy and has a massage facility - lots of little extras like this - for example, heated lavatory seat in the ensuite. The staff were very welcoming and responded immediately to a couple of requests during our stay.

The location is perfect. Breakfast right next door at Marzano was excellent (so was dinner the night before). The entire staff we came in contact with were super friendly and helpful.

The room(s) were very well cleaned, and the staff was beyond friendly. In addition, they went out of their way to ship a forgotten item back to me - super helpful! Can't recommend this accommodation enough.

Staff are amazing and very friendly and engaging. Jody in particular was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Food was delicious. The breakfast salad was a new experience but one I really enjoyed. Room 331 was amazing and the views exceptional.
