All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

Great location and the room was in great condition. We had a nice mountain view from our balcony. Staffs were super friendly too. Threre was a little play room where my kids can play while we have breakfast and we loved it. I would come back again.

Easy check in/check out. Just a short walk away from train station and next to Coop. The host very responsive and they even left us a welcoming gift at the property. What a gesture! The room is big enough for us as family of 3, with fully equipped kitchen and even extra blanket. We had the best time there.

A perfect home for a family of four. Specious and super clean. The mountain view from the balcony is outstanding. The kitchen is well equipped for you to make small meals. There were many beautiful touches in the house that made us very welcomed. We will definitely recommend Spirit Apartments for a comfortable stay.

We travelled as a family of 6 people (2 adults, 2 elderly and 2 twin kids aged 5 years old). We really liked the locations which is not far from everything, just in a walking distance!. We also loved that the property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.
