We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

The location was absolutely perfect -- amazing views of the mountains, close to the train station, and easy access to all the shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff was wonderful and super friendly. The included breakfast was great. I absolutely loved my stay here and will most certainly be back!

The hotel was very conveniently located beside railway station, didn't hear a train once, hotel was well sound proofed. Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, lots of selection available. Staff were lovely, beds very very comfortable and shower was great. I would stay here again if travelling to interlaken.
