The view from the room balcony is amazing and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff were very supportive from the beggining to the end. It was my girlfriend birthday and they were always willing to help me with a surprise for her. Indeed they overwhelmed my expectations.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. Christoph’s warm hug and hospitality is exactly what you need after the hike up to the dormitories. Make no mistake, it is an uphill climb, make sure your heart can take it. If you have heavy bags, please take the last funicular up to Allmendhubel from Mürren before 5pm. We had no regrets, Christophe received us right at the door and brought us warm snacks when we reached. Excellent service, dormitories were spacious and comfortable for our needs, you may leave your luggage there. Highly recommend!

Everyone and everything here was amazing ! The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! the view!!! it was best best room view ever we had before!!! we had corner room and both windows had mountains view. it is magic to wake up in morning and see mountains. hotel is clean and stuff is very helpfull
