Our recent ski holiday at Piz Ot was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's modern and impeccably clean design. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. We stayed at the hotel for one night and booked two rooms. Both were comfortable and offered an excellent view. A very practical detail was the separate toilet and shower areas, which made our stay more convenient. The hotel also provides facilities such as a Jacuzzi and a sauna, which add extra value to the experience. We also tried the restaurant and breakfast , where the food was decent and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a beautiful setting at the area.

Robert and Julianna are wonderful hosts. We stayed at Garni Aurora 10 years ago and always wanted to go back. The experience was as good if not better than the first time we stayed there. The room was comfortable and Julianna noticed that we needed extra pillows. They notice the small details and go the extra mile to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The room and facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. The fondue evenings are a must, extremely well prepared and of excellent quality. Wonderful wine selection. Excellent breakfast, everything was fresh but it would be nice if the breakfast selection varied a little more. We look forward to returning.
