Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The owner was there to meet us at the house. He gave us a tour and explained the history of the beautifully decorated house. We received a grand tour.

We loved this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and we loved the décor and atmosphere. So much had been thought of, tissues, extra toilet roll, basic kitchen supplies etc. Agnes was a lovely host who met us when we arrived. It also felt very Swiss, which we enjoyed.

super friendly and helpful staff. happy to answer questions and go above and beyond to help out. rooms are so clean and spacious. public transport is just on the doorstep. easy check out using their system which is fully explained by the staff. highly recommend the hotel to all.
