Everything was perfect. The common kitchen is EXCELLENT,very clean and with all necessary things.The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean . The location is PERFECT next to the train station and nex to the bus stop to go to the lift. Thank you to all staff they are great and so friendly and helpful

Everything, the view, cleanliness, facilities, amenities the swimming pool & sauna and above all the staff Mis Samira and Mr. Samuel can't remember the other names, but All without excption were professional, friendly, super helpful and caring.Also we had free upgrade and late check-out which made our stay more enjoyable and unforgettable. The staff was fantastic - so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being close to the mountain and to town. The price was so reasonable for Switzerland and we would definitely return!
