the location is in walking distance from Zermatt train station. Staff are helpful and very nice. Complimentary bottles of water, slippers in room. Nice view of the Matterhorn from our room.

a beautiful, small family hotel with soul. excellent, delicious food, although at first glance it seems that there are not too many choices (for dinner, the choice is between 2 main dishes, but whichever one you choose will leave you speechless 😊). excellent domestic wine and a large selection of coffee. everyone is very hospitable, and when you first step into the hotel, you are won over by the receptionist, who is extremely witty and nice. we spent a wonderful 5 days, enjoying skiing, excellent sleep, good food and ambience. thank you ❤️

I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

The apartment was newly built which has a well equipped kitchen with almost everything we need. It is just a few minutes walk from both the main train station and the cog wheel train station for Gornergrat. The restaurant offers a good range of foods for our breakfast. Staff at the reception and restaurant are very courteous, helpful and friendly. A big thanks to the girl who allowed us to check in early at 2 pm.
