Excellent location, very close to Farellones Park and to El Aleman de Farellones restaurant. The room was clean, neat, tidy, cozy and warm. Geraldo was very kind and helpful during our stay. We had our own suite on the top floor, with a nice view of the mountain. The staff was kind enough to provide a mini fridge, coffee powder, clean dishes, glasses and cups. If you go by car, there's a parking space right in front of the house.

Despite a city wide power outage while I was staying there I am still giving it a 10/10. The staff are amazing and made up for the situation which their friendliness and communication. Not to mention getting the backup generator up and running! Met some great people and had a great time. Some things to note: - do bring groceries with you. A driver brings some fresh fruit and veg sometimes but it’s very limited - if you’re planning on skiing El Colorado it’s essentially ski in ski out but for La Parva and Valle Nevada you really do need a car. They don’t link up very well by snow since some of the linking lifts can be closed and there isn’t much transportation between them - a decent level of Spanish is helpful

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

The service from beginning was excellent and the included breakfast and dinner tasted very well we got a great selection, which was perfect. The location and the view at Santiago makes it all. Planning to come again!

Great chalet with all you need! Super location very close to the Aleman bar/restaurant which is a great place to relax after a day skiing. Gloria the owner provided a great service, welcome and checkout all very easy. And very helpful answering various questions about the area, and local services!
