Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

Excellent apartment, sky in sky out, inside Valle Nevado, nice balcony with mountains view, silence, great shower, all the equipment necessary to cook, everything working perfectly, safe place to leave the sky equipment in the first floor. We had a great time!
