Located 7 minutes walk from the train station, in a lovely area in the countryside, with hiking trails just outside the door. The place itself also offers a balcony, grill small pool, and of course a spacious kitchen that will satisfy all your needs. The lovely couple were also very welcoming, nice and friendly. We asked the heating to be turned on in the evening as it was getting cold, and the owner promptly turned it on and it was very warm and cozy.

The room I was in was in a separate building and brand new. It wasn't the apartment I booked online and was smaller, but still felt like an upgrade because of how nice it was. Came with a big terrace shared with only one other room.

We had a great stay at the penzion. It is directly in the centre of Jablonne, we had a lovely view of the main square from our room. We had to pick the keys up in the locals bar below. The studio flat was perfectly clean, the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, we were able to prepare a couple of meals there. And it was great to find tea, coffee, salt and pepper in the cupboard. It was very quiet during the night, I didn't hear other guests either. As others have mentioned, the bakery on the square that is recommended for breakfast is closed on Sundays and state holidays, so as we were there at Easter it was closed. However, there is a little shop directly down the side of the penzion that has a lot of basic stuff. There is a great pizzeria in a lovely old building next to the penzion, that serves beer from the local brewery across the street. There are so many lovely walks you can do around there, and the train station is about a 10 min walk away, so easy to use for day trips.
