Super clean hotel! Very quiet surroundings and quiet hotel! Our son made some noise at 6-6:30am on Sunday, so if in some reviews, next to mine, will be written the guests were noisy, it was us! 😬 guests are not allowed to walk inside with the street shoes and it is great!! I think they use organic washing powder for the laundry and I think the soap in the bathroom was organic too. Communication with Britta was also great!

The balcony was huge with a very tranquil view of the river below. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was relaxing. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice.

Fabulous place to stay, a real home from home in a beautiful area. Loved the whole complex but especially the house and sauna with it's own garden area.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Most spoke good English which helped us poor German speakers. Our room was spotlessly clean and full of character. It had a great view of the castle and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was really good quality, it was served to the table in a classically decorated dining room. i.e. not a buffet. The hotel is only a short walk into town an ideal location for walking in the countryside. Overall an exceptional hotel in our view.

Family room was big, cozy and comfortable. Loved the added touch of a Christmas tree in our room. Highly recommended for a family (we travelled with teenagers and it was perfect). Breakfast was good, including the usual cold meat and cheese spread and crispy bacon. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and an amazing view of the local castle. Book it!

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!
