The feel of Arleta is serene, welcoming, and warm. The breakfast was exquisite and different each day. It is peaceful and quiet, including in the common space where you can relax by the fireplace. Great staff, enjoyed my stay As for the AC questions - the room has an AC but their were no remote controls to activate it - so I *guess* the remote controls are given only if it is very hot or for an additional payment -
