We had such a great time during our weekend in the region. It was a great experience to stay at the hotel. The location is beautiful, food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, great hikes were possible directly from the hotel, and the views were amazing.

We were treated so well by the staff - u believable We requested upgrade and boom !!! It was given Beautiful suite with two balconies and Mont balance icy view unbeatable! No matter what we requested was granted. They booked our tickets and helped us to make a nice trip to Annecy .. Everything. Staff very accommodating, room perfect and spotless clean, sauna / steam room space was beautiful, no loud noises at night, coffee and tea in the room, 100% would recommend.
