Staff was very friendly and attentive. We were fwo people who don't speak French. Staff was very polite and helpful. We didn't face any difficulty.

Really great place. This is right at the bottom of a tracking route up to the "Puy de Sancy." Very close to the cosy village Mont-Dore. We had dinner twice and breakfast too, and it met/exceeded expectations. Big bonus for having a charging point for EV's right in front! I would come again.

We needed an appartement close to Le Mont Dore Sans Sancy to be able to see the riders of the Tour de France go up the mountain and it was perfect! Adrien was great, especially when we realised that the drive back was a lot longer that we had thought at first and it was easy to extend our stay to enable us to get the tunnel a day later. Very comfortable stay!

A great base for exploring the mountains. Well equipped and homely apartment. The owner provided clear instructions to make check in easy. The swimming pool was a bonus.
