The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

This residence is set within a garden in a peaceful setting at the centre of Thonon-les-Bains, in front of Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the train station.

Access to the apartment was well described, You can park just in front behind the secured gate. Pictures show exactly how does it look like, a plus for terrace where You can have a breakfast (although rather with a view on the parking).

The host was eager to answer any questions. He was helpful and promptly dealt with an issue that arose during our stay. I definitely recommend Instant-Leman. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The location is also good, especially since we didn't have a car. All we needed was within walking distance.

Great place! We had a new room, very cozy, very clean and very comfortable. All in wood. And the breakfast was amazing! Home made jams, freshly baked pastries. Hosts are incredible nice! 10/10
