Perfect accommodation. Central, shops, restaurants. From the bus station towards Kutaisi, it's about a 7-minute walk. Be careful: there is also an Ailama Guesthouse (not a Hotel!), but in the opposite direction. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, new, balcony, refrigerator. Coffee machine, kettle (tea) in the common dining room. Each room is accessible by stairs, there are several floors, ladies manage it, you carry your luggage up yourself. Breakfast is adequate, with several types of food, but unfortunately not "Georgian" and it is not very available before 9:00. For earlier departures (buses to Kutaisi, for example, leave at 8:00 in the morning) they give you a food package.

I would rate this as one of the top guesthouses in Mestia. Modern, very clean, great facilities for cooking if you want to make breakfast or coffee yourself and very friendly owners. Value for money is 10/10

We liked everything. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and had a nice terrace with view. The location is good, in a quiet area but still within a short walking distance from all restaurants and shops. The breakfast is excellent, probably the best one we had during our trip through the country. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. We particularly appreciated the lovely lady who manages the breakfast, who saved food for us every day from a large group of guests that raided the buffet and took away the food as their provisions for the rest of the day. Really, there's nothing we did not like about this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights with our family in two rooms with a bathroom. Very good location 5 mins from city center while on on the main road, there is a bakery around the corner and street food available. Very hospitable host Tea took care of us like a family, arranged all our travel and transfer and saved us quite some money versus purchasing this from taxi drivers. All the apartment house is rather new and all rooms have access to a well equipped kitched and a washing machine. There is heating in rooms, nice bathroom with hot water, quick wifi.
