The owner/manager was always available to personally greet and assist when required. The serving staff were excellent. Always provided personal attendance and were very polite. Five course meal was authentic Italian and Sud Tirol cuisine. The views from the room and dining areas was excellent. The hotel is privately owned and run as a family run business which was evident from the selection of food items. The items were limited (and rightly so) but were carefully selected of the best (5 star) quality.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the hosts was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Aparthotel My Daum exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t get close to doing it justice. The room was spectacular and the view from the balcony was so lovely we ended up eating in every night. The pool and spa area is perfect for resting post hike and the owners were kind enough to let us use the facilities even after we had checked out on our final day. I would recommend My Daum to anyone looking for a slice of peaceful luxury in the Dolomites.

Comfortable hotel in a beautiful spot, 5000 feet up in the mountains. Super friendly and helpful staff and a decent bar and restaurant in the hotel opposite. Secure parking for our bike under the building. Breakfast was included and was good.
