Really lovely apartment! Amazing views from our bedroom. Really lovely, personal, welcoming service. We had a car and it was great being just out of the busy city centre and looking over at the gorgeous town! Really fabulous area!

The location is at foot hill and has best view of the city. I love the everything of the apartment. Willi was way helpful and available to guide and arange groceries in the morning. He was available at one message or call.

Absolutely beautiful view from the very spacious balcony. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Just a few minutes walk to the main pedestrian thoroughfare and gondolas. Loved the traditional Alpine decor and wood carvings throughout.

Loved everything about this hotel: extremely friendly, helpful staff; sumptuously comfortable beds and pillows; the in-house sauna and steam room and the best breakfast spread ever! Oh, and the open bar (honesty system). A very generous hosting experience where nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Angelo Engel was our favourite hotel out of all of the places we stayed during our honeymoon. The entire place has incredible charm, having been kept in and managed by the same family for 4 generations. We only spent 3 nights there, but the staff knew us and made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was truly exceptional - with an array of different jams and honeys, cold cuts, breads, and hot offerings - and some of the best filter coffee I have ever had. Dinner was equally as impressive, with 5 courses on the menu, excellent service, and assigned seating; the whole affair made us feel very special. Facilities are excellent, with a very relaxing sauna and spa area to be enjoyed and a large heated pool.
