Very nice and spacious house. Lots of space outside the house for children to play with snow. Very well kept house with comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen amenities are also very well kept and clean. Family really enjoyed staying here.

Checking in was easy. The staff’s English was excellent, at the end of the stay I had misplaced the parking receipt from the beginning of the stay. The front desk staff physically walked out to the parking lot we used and called the parking company to let us out. She went above and beyond the customer courtesy I could have possibly asked for and let us out of the lot with no additional fees and was so polite even though it was clearly our mistake. The staff is amazing!

Great location next to the station, clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Shower and toilet separated in different rooms. Bed was firm and comfortable, plus a seating area in the room. Bigger than most rooms I've stayed in Japan.
