We stayed in this small house for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. While the exterior is a bit rundown with some maintenance issues (like peeling paint), the interior is well-equipped with everything you need for a vacation in Furano. The house features new furniture, a smart TV, air conditioner, a washing machine, and various cooking utilities. The location is also very convenient—just off the main road 237, yet quiet, with a 7-Eleven across the street. You’ll have easy access to essentials, even if you miss the larger supermarket in town.

The host was a very pleasant and attentive fellow - our three year old really enjoyed talking to (at?) him and he was very accommodating.

Clean and traditional Japanese house with a futon and 2 beds. There were travel amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, swabs and a few cottons. There was even laundry detergent and laundry machine! We didn’t get how to unlock the key box at the entrance door and called the owner. He was really calm and helpful with speaking really fluent English and Japanese!
