The staff were amazing! The hotel was fabulous and the view from the penthouse was amazing, thank you to the whole team at 41 Pieces Sapporo! My kids, wife and I have crowned it the highlight of our trip!

The hotel is near the city center and the room was very comfortable. The front staff was helpful by calling for a taxi and letting us borrow kitchen items to use in our room.

The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!
