A fantastic modern apartment with all moden amenities. The rooms were neat and clean. There were all the required utensils and crockery etc. The location was right in the middle of the small town of Hemsedal. There was a SPAR opposite for groceries. It wasn't open due to a holiday but the KIwi about 2 km away was open and had everything one would need for cooking. The front balcony was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the views. There was a sauna as well. The beds were all comfortable and the whole apartment didn't feel crowded with 8 of us.

Located right at the edge, 1002 meters above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor.

Everything about this hotel was A M A Z I N G. The views, the food, the SPA!!!, the staff. I could never imagine that the quality of everything would’ve been that high. It’s so price worthy & it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. I have no words. It’s magical in every way. The view from the restaurant (the view from anywhere in this hotel) was insane. I am definitely coming back! (Also the most comfortable bed EVER!!!!!) can’t recommend this enough 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️

It is a great little apartment and would be very comfortable for up to 5. The facilities are great too. The location is great and you can ski to within 200m of the door.

It was nice to have a wood heater with all the necessary supplies in the middle of the living room. Host provided some stuff that we forgot to pack. Blankets were really warm and cozy for a winter night.
