The staff at breakfast in the coffee lounge was wonderful. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . The staff first and foremost were excellent and so attentive. Sohair was extremely hospitable and Hammad very enjoyable to be accompanied by during my tours with him. The property itself is one of a kind- set in a historic building turned museum and hotel, it was like being transported back in time. A true getaway.

Royal desert camp offers accommodation in Al Raka. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The tents are very authentic, the beds are big and comfortable. The place has a beautiful setting in the desert. We were welcomed by dates, coffee, fruits. We ordered a dinner, which was really delicious and rich. Also, the breakfast was a traditional arab pancake, absolutely tasty. You need a 4 WD car to get to the camp, but the host can pick you up at a designated location.

Especially staff was so professional and also very friendly. Their breakfast was perfect with many options. Also had buffet dinners at some days which you shouldnt miss.
