The location of the property is the ideal, if you want to relax by the river. The view of backyard is amazing, it is like you are in front of the forest. I did my yoga stretching there and it was best meditation! The hosts are so kind and helpful! Love the breakfast! Will visit again!

Magdalena, the host of the room, was incredibly pleasant and polite! She met us once we arrived, gave us a few recommendations as this was our first time visiting this area in Poland. She also handed the keys from the room. When we entered the corridor of the house we were met by a pleasant scent and cleannines, everything looked so polished and new. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony where the mountain peaks were visible, The view was really good. The room itself felt like it's new, very clean, all amenities that were included in the booking was there and was in good condition. Really perfect stay for us. Recommended 100%. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay at Niedźwiedzia Residence! The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in nature, yet still close enough to all the main points of interest. It struck the ideal balance between seclusion and convenience. Our room (Leśniczówka) was great, with a design that perfectly blended comfort and style. We also loved the dining area, which made each breakfast feel special. Every morning, we enjoyed a slightly different variety of delicious local products such as cheese, eggs, ham and salads, as well as some warm buffet selection and sweet treats. A special mention must go to the homemade pierogi. The option to order them for dinner was a really nice touch, because most good restaurants were quite far to comfortably walk to and back. Throughout the day, there was a possibility to enjoy coffee or tea in the common area, which was convenient since there wasn't a kettle in the room. What's more, there was a small fridge, which made it easy to store snacks and drinks during our stay. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and local charm.

🫶The owners are super nice, very good communication with them, they solved our little problem with the heating very fast. Wojtek was really attentive, and his father was amazing. 🫶The place is cozy, and it has everything you need. It has towels, toilet paper, blankets, tea and salt, and the kitchen well equipped. Everything was super clean. The double bed was good. ⚠️it would be nice if they included coffee. About the location and transportation (not their fault). ⚠️ The place is close to poronin misiagi (2 min), so in 5 min, you are in zakopane, but we waited 1h because the train was late. The main station, PKP Poronin, is about 22 min walk. The transport there is not the best.

It is in an easily accessible location. The city center is within walking distance. Parking was easy and free. It’s far enough from the main road that it’s not noisy at night, even with the window open.
