The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. What a lovely place! The lady who manages this place is superb - very friendly and helpful, speaks good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location could not be better.

The checkin is in the Vila Borievka. They give a parking card for the accomodation and a chip card for the room. The staff was kind, the room was very clean. It's like a hotel room. Towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel, 2 in 1 instant coffee, tea, sugar etc. They emptying the trash bins every day. Peacful area next to a creek, good for some rest after a good hike. It's only 10 min walk from the center.

Very comfortable stay! Very clean, cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and more. We were pleasantly surprised. Also the check in process is super-easy. For hiking in Tatra mountains it's also a Great location - One of the trailheads start just across the road, while some others are easily reachable by a short drive. And of course, it's a fantastic feeling waking up with a View to the mountains.

The placement of the chalets and the view were exceptional. The whole dizajn and amenities of this place felt like mountain fairytale.
